Return Policy
Every item in our shop is made just for you once your order is placed, so we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. That said, if something isn't right, we want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering, as packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local carrier first, as we're not responsible for packages marked delivered. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
